摘要
目的:分离提取猫儿眼植物酸并探讨其对人BEL-7402细胞抑制作用机制。方法:采用流式细胞仪、噻唑蓝(简称MTT)法和锥虫蓝染色法对猫儿眼植物酸抗肿瘤细胞作用进行分析。结果:MTT法显示,给予0.1,1.0和10.0mg/L猫儿眼植物酸48h,其对人BEL-7402细胞的抑制率分别为52%,54%和57%;锥虫蓝染色法显示,给药后48h,猫儿眼植物酸对细胞生长抑制率分别为72%,81%和84%;凋亡率分别为24%,26%和33%。结论:猫儿眼植物酸对人BEL-7402细胞生长具有显著的抑制作用,其效果随给药浓度的增加和作用时间的延长而递增。
AIM:To study the inhibitory effect and mechanism of mao er yan plant acid on human BEL 7402 cells after its seperation and extraction. METHODS:The flow cytometry,methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium(MTT) and trypan blue staining were used to analyze the effect of mao er yan plant acid on inhabitation of tumor cells. RESULTS:The mao er yan plant acid at 0.1,1.0 and 10.0 mg/L were given to human BEL 7402 cells for 48 hours respectively,and the inhibitory rate for human BEL 7402 cells was 52%,54%and 57%respectively detected with MTT method.The cellular growth inhibitory rate was 72%,81%and 84%respectively with trypan blue staining after 48 hour administration.The apoptosis rate was 24%, 26%and 33%respectively. CONCLUSION:The mao er yan plant acid has a significant inhibitory effect on human BEL 7402 cells and the inhibitory effect increases with the increase of concentration and time.
