螺栓联接的当量可靠度及可靠性设计

本文提出了“当量可靠度”的概念,介绍了利用当量可靠度进行紧螺栓联接可靠性设计的方法,利用本文的思想和方法进行设计,简便、可行,使得螺栓联接的可靠性设计计算更加科学与合理。 这种思想方法,在一定条件下可以推广到其它机械零件上去,从而可使它们的可靠性设计更趋合理。

This paper advances the concept of equivalent reliability,and introduces a method utilizing equivalent reliability to make strained bolt connection reliability design.With this concept and method,the computation of bolt connection reliability design can be simpler,more feasible and more reasonable. This concept and method can be extended to other mechanical parts,making their reliability design more rational.
