低压灌注成形的计算机模拟

摘要 应用于快速树脂模具制造的低压灌注成形技术 ,基于反应注射成形机理 ,可快速、低成本地复制产品 ,适合于新产品开发过程中结构较简单的覆盖件和大型厚壁及不均匀壁厚制品的小批量试制及生产。结合实例探讨了低压灌注成形计算机模拟技术的应用 ,从而为有效进行模具的智能化设计 ,合理确定成形工艺参数 。 The low-pressure perfusion molding applied to rapid tooling is a new technics based on the principle of reaction injection molding. This technics can copy the products rapidly and cheaply. The products can be used to test the design and trial-produce, or to produce the machine cover with simple structure and small production batch. Usually the thickness of the cover is up to 4mm or more. Sometime the thickness may be uniformity. The computer simulation technology not only provides a useful tool for designing the mould structure intelligently, but also provides a academic reference for selecting injection technics, thereby to obtain the good quality of products. This paper analyzes an applied example, and discusses some methods of how to applying computer simulation technology to simulate the process of the low-pressure perfusion molding.
