上颌窦底提升同期植入Camlog种植体的早期临床观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的 :对上颌窦底提升时同期植入Camlog种植体进行早期临床评价。方法 :4例患者施行了上颌窦底外提升、同期植入Camlog种植体12枚 ;8例患者施行了上颌窦底内提升、同期植入Camlog种植体15枚 ;手术9~12个月后拍全景X光片 ,并行二期修复。修复后6~24个月观察评价骨结合情况。结果 :共20枚同期植入的种植体均无松动或脱落 ,X线检查种植体周围骨组织改建良好 ,未见明显骨吸收阴影。种植体获得了良好的骨结合。结论 :上颌窦底提升时同期植入Camlog种植体在临床上是可行的 ,由于Camlog种植体本身的特点 ,同期植入Camlog种植体完全可以保证初期稳定性 。
