术中及术后放疗对骨巨细胞瘤治疗的临床研究

Clinical Study in the Treatment of Giant Cell Tumor of Bone by Radiotherapy during Operation and Postoperation

目的 :研究术中和术后放疗对骨巨细胞瘤的疗效。方法 :采取手术切除结合术中和术后放疗治疗 14例骨巨细胞瘤患者 ,平均随访 2 4 .2个月 ,其结果与采用单纯手术治疗的患者进行比较分析。同时将采取的骨巨细胞瘤的细胞株进行实验室的培养后通过放疗后检验该方法对该细胞株的杀伤作用。结果 :采用该方法对患者伤口的愈合 ,症状改善及功能的恢复方面结果与传统的单纯手术的方法相似 ,而在术后复发、转移和恶变方面有着更为明显的疗效。结论 :手术切除病灶结合术中和术后放疗治疗骨巨细胞瘤有着较为理想的疗效 ,是一种值得相信的治疗方法。

Objective: To study the effect of radiotherapy on the giant cell tumor of bone during operation and postoperaqtion. Methods: We treated 14 patients of giant cell tumer of bone by operation combined with radiotherapy, and followed up for average 24.2 months. The results were compared with the simple operation team. The cell strain of giant cell tumor of bone came from the operation were cultured and tested for the kiuing role of radiotherapy in labatory. Results: The study showed this treatment has significant effect on controlling the relapse, metastasis and canceration of giant cell tumor of bone postoperation, but similar to the traditional simple operation in wound healing, symptom amelioration and functional recovery for the patients. Conclusion:The resection combined with radiotherapy during operation and postoperation has an ideal therapeutical effect and it is a believable method of treating giant cell tamor of bone.
