摘要
目的 探讨激光原位角膜磨镶术对视网膜神经纤维层厚度的影响。方法 用光学相干断层成像仪对施行激光原位角膜磨镶术 36例患者的视网膜神经纤维层厚度进行测量。检测时间为术前、术后第 1、2和 4周。检测部位为黄斑中央及距离黄斑中心凹 75 0 μm的视网膜神经纤维层。结果 激光原位角膜磨镶术术前、术后第 1、2和 4周视网膜神经纤维层厚度差异无显著意义 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 激光原位角膜磨镶术对轻中度近视视网膜神经纤维层的厚度无明显影响。
Objective To determine whether laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) produces significant changes on retinal nerve fiber layer thickness Methods Thirty-six patients (72 eyes),preoperative spherical equivalent refractive error was -4 25±1 75 diopters (range, -2 0 to -6 0 diopters) undergoing LASIK were enrolled in this prospective study Retinal nerve fiber layer thickness values were performed before 1 week、2 weeks、4 weeks and after laser-assisted in situ keratomileusis surgery as measured by optical coherence tomography (OCT) Results Retinal nerve fiber layer thickness values had no statistically significant difference before 1 week、2weeks、4 weeks and after laser-assisted in situ keratomileusis surgery( P >0 05) Conclusions LASIK has no significant effect on RNFL thickness determined by OCT for mild and moderate myopia
