光动力学疗法对Ⅰ型单纯疱疹病毒灭活作用的实验研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的 探讨血卟啉介导的光动力效应体外灭杀Ⅰ型单纯疱疹病毒的效果。方法 在保证正常细胞不受光动力效应影响的前提下 ,用两种不同光剂量 (2、6J/cm2 )及特定的光敏剂浓度对体外培养的HSV 1进行处理 ,照射后将细胞置于 37℃、5 %CO2 孵育箱培养 5d ,观察致细胞病变作用 (cytophathiceffect,CPE) ,并用四唑盐(MTT)比色法测定细胞成活率。结果 PDT对Ⅰ型单纯疱疹病毒有灭活作用。结论 在选择合适的光敏剂剂量和光照射强度的前提下 ,光动力学疗法在体外能够有效地灭杀Ⅰ型单纯疱疹病毒。 Objective To research the effect of HSV-1 inactivation by HpD-photodynamic therapy in vitro. Methods Avoiding the effect on normal cells by PDT, irradiated HSV-1 cultured in vitro with two different doses of intensity of illumination(2,6 J/cm 2) and certain concentration of photosensitizer,cell culture in incubator at 37℃、5% CO 2 for 5 days,CPE was observed and the survival ratio of cell with MTT was detected. Results PDT can inactive HSV-1. Conclusions With certain concentration of HpD and intensity of illumination,photodynamic therapy can effectively kill HSV-1 in vitro.
