CO_2激光治疗尖锐湿疣1005例

Treatment of Condyloma Acuminate by CO_2 Laser in 1 005 Cases

目的 探讨CO2 激光治疗尖锐湿疣的术式与临床疗效。方法 尖锐湿疣患者 1 0 0 5例 ,男性 5 70例 ,女性 4 35例 ;年龄 2～ 86岁。 1 %普鲁卡因局麻或 1 %丁卡因表面麻醉 ,用波长1 0 6 0 μm ,功率 1 0～ 2 5W的CO2 激光切割或气化外阴部、阴道、宫颈、尿道口、肛周或直肠下端等部位的尖锐湿疣 ,术后辅以抗病毒及提高机体免疫力药物治疗。结果 随访 6个月 ,治疗 1次痊愈 6 86例 (6 8 2 6 %) ,2次痊愈 2 1 6例 (2 1 49%) ,3～ 6次痊愈 87例 (8 6 6 %) ,7次痊愈 2例(0 2 0 %)。总治愈率 98 6 1 %。结论 CO2 激光为治疗尖锐湿疣的有效方法 ,术后辅以抗病毒及增强机体免疫力的药物治疗可进一步提高其临床疗效。

Objective To explore the method and clinical effects of CO 2 Laser treatment of condyloma acuminate Methods 1 005 cases with condyloma acuminate in 570 males and 435 females aged from 2 to 86 were treated. Vulva,vagina, cervix ,urethra, perianal or rectum inferior segment of patients were incised and vaporized with 10 60μm wave length and 10-25W power accommodated CO 2 laser after 1% procaine local anesthesia or 1% dicaine surface anesthesia Antivirus drug and immunopotentiator were used following the operation Results All of 1 005 cases were followed up for about half year,cure rate in 1 shot was 68 26%(686/1 005), in 2 shots was 21 49%(216/1 005) ,in 3 to 6 shots was 8 66%(87/1005), in 7 shots was 0 20%(7/1005) The total cure rate was 98 61% Conclusions CO 2 laser is an effective method in treatment for condyloma acuminate,augmented by antivirus drug and immunopotentiator following operation can increase the therapentic effects
