男男性接触者的危险性行为:一项通过互联网的调查

Sexual risk behaviors among men who have sex with men:an Internet outreach sample.

目的 探讨中国大陆使用互联网的男男性接触者 (MSM)的危险性行为。方法 根据知情同意的原则 ,于 2 0 0 1年 8～ 11月在 7个中国同性恋网站招募 35 3名MSM。使用含 85个问题的自填式问卷 ,对他们互联网的使用情况 ,艾滋病知识、态度和危险性行为等进行调查。结果 接近 70 %的被调查者与通过互联网认识的MSM发生过性行为。约三分之二被调查者曾有过未加保护的肛交 ,很少被调查者在口交中使用安全套。结论 危险性行为在中国MSM中较普遍 ,可以通过互联网开展经济有效的艾滋病干预。

Objective To examine sexual risk behaviors in Chinese men who have sex with men(MSM)in a sample recruited through Internet outreach.Methods Three hundred and fifty-three Chinese MSM were recruited,with inforned consent,from seven gay websites by Internet outreach from August to November 2001.A 85-item self-administered questionnaire was used to collect information about use of the Internet,HIV knowledge and attitudes,sexual risk behaviors etc.Results Nearly 70% of participants had sex with other MSM who were got to know through the Internet.Few participants used condoms in oral sex with MSM,and about two third of participants practiced anal sex without condoms.Conclusions Sexual risk behaviors are common in Chinese MSM.The Internet may provide a cost effective way for conducting HIV prevention.
