性病门诊妇女宫颈糜烂与单纯疱疹病毒2型活动感染关系探讨及临床治疗初探

Study on the relationship between cervical erosion and HSV-2 infection and the treatment of cervical erosion in STD clinics.

目的 探讨性病门诊妇女宫颈糜烂与单纯疱疹病毒 2型 (HSV 2 )的活动感染的关系 ,并初步探讨用干扰素栓治疗的临床效果。方法 用酶联免疫吸附试验 (ELISA)对 110例不同程度 (Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ度 )宫颈糜烂病人和 2 9例正常对照检测血清HSV 2型特异性IgM抗体。同时用ELISA法对病例组和对照组宫颈糜烂面分泌物和宫颈表面分泌物检测HSV 2抗原。HSV 2抗原检测阳性的患者用干扰素栓治疗。结果 110例不同程度宫颈糜烂病人HSV 2型特异性IgM抗体阳性率为 4 0 91% (45 /110 ) ,宫颈糜烂面分泌物HSV 2抗原阳性率为 34 5 5 % (38/110 ) ,抗原抗体同时阳性的感染率为 2 0 0 0 % (2 2 /110 ) ,均显著或非常显著地高于对照组 (P =0 0 12 ,0 0 0 0 3,0 0 0 76 )。在病例组中 ,HSV 2抗原检出率随糜烂程度加重而增高。 38例抗原阳性患者用干扰素栓治疗痊愈显效率为73 6 8% ,病毒抗原转阴率为 71 10 %。结论 性病门诊妇女宫颈糜烂的产生与HSV 2的原发活动感染有关 ,用干扰素栓治疗有效。

Objective To explore the relationship between cervical erosion and HSV-2 infection and the treatment with interferon suppository in STD clinics. Methods The serum HSV-2 specific antibodies-IgM were examined by ELISA method in 110 women who had different degrees of cervical erosion(Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ),and 29 normal women who served as controls;meanwhile,HSV-2 specific antigens in cervical secretion were also examined by ELISA method. The women who were positive for the HSV-2 antigen were treated by interferon suppository. Results In the study group,the positive rates of HSV-2IgM and HSV-2 antigen and the positive rate both in antibody and antigen were 40.9%(45/110), 34.54%(38/110) and 20%(22/110) respectively,All of them were higher than those in the control group (P=0.012?0.0003?0.0076 respectively). Thirty eight cases who were positive for HSV-2 antigen were treated with interferon suppository. The rate of prominent cure was 73.68% while the rate of seroconversion was 71%. Conclusion Women's cervical erosion in STD clinic is associated with the infection of HSV-2. The treatment with interferon suppository is effective.
