Application of genetic modified mouse models in research of function al proteomics

摘要 功能蛋白质组学是蛋白质组学研究的重要分支 ,其研究与发展对获得蛋白质的功能信息具有重要作用。各种遗传修饰小鼠模型是研究功能基因组学的有力工具 ,在功能蛋白质组学的研究中 ,这项技术的应用也日益广泛。本文综述了利用肝脏、神经系统、心脏疾病的小鼠模型进行蛋白质组学研究取得的有意义的结果。 Functional proteomics is one of the most i mp ortant branches of proteomics. Many important information of protein function ca n be obtained through the research on functional proteomics. Genetic modified mo use models have been found to be powerful in the research on functional genomics , and they also will be very helpful in the research on functional proteomics. H ere some progress made by the proteomics research on genetic modified mouse mode ls is reviewed.
