摘要
采用化学修饰方法制备免疫原性低的红细胞 ,有可能成为目前解决临床输血反应的一个发展方向。本文综述了mPEG化学修饰红细胞血型抗原采用的工艺以及化学修饰对红细胞形态、结构和功能影响的研究进展。
The chemical covalent modification applied to modula te the red cell blood type antigen can attenuate the immunologic recognition of surfa ce antigens. It may be a developing direction to eliminate some kinds of transfu sion reaction in clinic. In this paper the advances in development of various methods to produce chemical camouflage of erythrocytes are described and the rese arch into the effect of chemical molification on the gross morphology, structur e and function of erythrocytes is reviewed.
