摘要
目的 观察乳腺癌中TOPOⅡ、GST -π、雌激素受体、C -erbB - 2癌基因表达与腋窝淋巴结转移之间的相互关系。方法 利用免疫组化方法检测 14 2例术前未行化疗的乳腺癌根治标本雌激素受体 (ER)、C -erbB - 2癌基因、TOPOⅡ、GST -π的表达。结果 14 2例乳腺癌中 ,雌激素受体、C -erbB - 2癌基因、GST -π、TOPOⅡ的阳性表达分别为 5 2 1%、81 0 %、6 4 1%、76 8% ;C -erbB - 2表达与淋巴结转移呈正相关 ,与ER表达呈负相关 ;GST -π与C -erB - 2表达和淋巴结转移间呈正相关 ,与ER表达呈负相关 ;TOPOⅡ与C -erbB - 2、ER、淋巴结转移均无相关性 ;青年组 (<4 0岁 )ER表达率低于老年组 (>6 0岁 ) ,C -erbB - 2表达率高于老年组 ,差异均有统计学意义 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 乳腺癌组织中雌激素受体、C -erbB - 2癌基因、TOPOⅡ、GST -π的表达与淋巴结转移有关 ;乳腺癌患者若出现GST -π高表达 。
Objective To observe the correlation of expressions of ER ,C-erbB-2, TOPOⅡ and GST-π in breast cancer with axillary lymph node metastasis. Methods By the technique of immunohistochemical staining, we detected the expression of ER, C-erbB-2, GST-π and TOPOⅡ in 142 preoperative patients with breast cancer, by that time, they had not been treated. Results Positive rates of ER, C-erbB-2, GST-π,TOPOⅡ expression were 52.1%,81.0%,64.1%,76.8%.There was a positive correlation of C-erbB-2 expression with axillary lymph node metastasis, and a inverse correlation with ER expressions. There was positive correlation of GST-π expression with C-erbB-2 expression and axillary lymph node metastasis, and a inverse correlation with GST-π and ER. There was no correlation of the TOPOⅡ expression with C-erbB-2, ER expression, and axillary lymph node metastasis. In the younger group, ER expression was lower and c-erbB-2 expression was higher than those in older group, and the difference was significant. Conclusion The results indicated that high-expression of GST-π protein in breast cancer is significantly associated with poor prognosis.
