超声诊断乳腺肿块的应用价值

Value of Ultrasonography in Breast Masses

目的 分析乳腺各类肿块的声像图特点 ,探讨乳腺良、恶性肿块的鉴别指标。方法 采用 5～ 10MHz超声探头 ,诊断病例 6 3例 75个乳腺肿块 ,良性 5 2个 ,恶性 2 3个 ,所有病例均经手术、病理证实。结果 超声诊断乳腺肿块的显示率为 10 0 % ,诊断肿块符合率 88 9% (6 6 / 75 ) ,其中良性肿块的符合率 86 5 % (4 5 / 5 2 ) ;恶性肿块的符合率 91 3% (2 1/ 2 3)。结论 超声有助于乳腺良。

Objectives To explore the differential diagnostic value between benign breast masses and malignant masses by analyzing different ultrasond imaging of breast masses. Methods Seventy five masses including 52 benign masses and 23 malignant masses diagnosed by ultrasonography were verified microscppically. Results Diagnostic accurate rate of breast masses, benign masses, and malignant masses by ultrasound were 88.9%,86.5%,91.3% respectively. The visualization rate of masses was 100%. Conclusion Ultrasonography is helpful in differentiating benign from malignant breast masses. It is suggested that ultrasonography be the first choice for breast masses diagnosis.
