栽培甘草中甘草酸的含量分析

Quantitative Determination of Glycyrrhizinate Acid in Cultivated Radix Glycyrrhizae

目的 了解宁夏不同产地、不同采收时期栽培甘草中甘草酸的含量 ,并与野生甘草进行比较。方法 采用高效液相色谱法测定。结果 不同产地、不同采收时期甘草中甘草酸的含量差异较大 ,栽培 1年甘草中甘草酸含量甚低 ,栽培 3年生以上甘草中甘草酸的含量均大于国家药典规定的 2 0 % ,栽培 4年生甘草含量明显高于 2年生甘草 ,而 5年生以上栽培甘草的甘草酸含量有所下降。结论 4年生、夏秋季采挖的栽培品甘草 。

Objective To determine the quantity of Glycyrrhizinate acid in cultivated Radix Glycyrrhizae collected in different regions and at different growing periods, and to compare the cultivated Glycyrrhizae with the wild one.Method Using HPLC. Result The content of Glycyrrhizinate acid of the different samples obtained from different regions was quite different.Conclusion The content of Glycyrrhizinate acid of the cultivated Radix Glycyrrhizae grown for four years, collected during mid-autumn is the highest and almost identical to the wild one.
