摘要
通过分析流化床锅炉特点,结合热网热负荷的特点,设计了一套适合供热用循环流化床锅炉使用的计算机监控系统。该系统采用了常规控制与模糊控制并存协调控制,通过建立热网负荷预测系统,对锅炉负荷的大小进行预测,以便快速调整锅炉热负荷,减小滞后时间,使其满足热网用户需求, 提高了循环流化床锅炉的运行管理水平,取得了很好的效果。
The characters of the fluidized bed boiler, and combined with the heat load characters of heat supply net is analyzed, a computer supervisory system of circulating fluidized bed boiler for heat supply is designed. The system combines the conventional control and fuzzy control to realize multi-redundant and multi-strategy control, and set the predictive system of the heat supply net load to predict the load of the boiler, so that the boiler can rapidly adjust the heat load to satisfy the heat requirement of the heat supply net. The system increases the level of management and operation of the boiler, and got good result.
