摘要
本文根据疲劳破坏的基本特性,利用统计分析方法,求出了30CrMnSiA合金钢螺栓的P-S-N曲线。在此基础上,对不同规格尺寸和不同应力比条件下螺栓的试验数据进行了可靠性分析比较,探讨了螺栓安全疲劳寿命和安全疲劳强度的变化规律。根据本文的研究结果,可以合理选用螺栓,便于结构可靠性设计。
A method for evaluationg p-s-n curve of 30CrMnSiA bolt under axial loading is presented in this paper. On the basis of this curve, Laws of variations of safe fatigue life and safe fatigue strength of bolt are studied and reliability analysis for conditions of different specification sizes and stress rates of bolt are performed. According to the conclusions obtained, it is convenient for reasionable selection of bolt and realiability design of structure.
