肌腱缺损治疗的研究进展

Progress in therapy of tendon defection

肌腱缺损的修复是手外科的主要研究方向之一。自体肌腱移植、转位、延长,自体筋膜替代肌腱,同种异体肌腱和人工肌腱移植,各存在不同的优缺点,分别对其研究进展及临床应用情况作了详细的介绍。随着组织工程和基因的研究进展,为肌腱缺损的治疗开创了一条新的途径。在不久的将来通过组织工程将为人类制造出理想的肌腱替代品。本文就目前肌腱缺损的修复与重建的一些实验研究及临床应用的进展作一综述。

The restoration of tendon defection is the main direction of hand surgery. In this paper,the author gave a general review of the therapy of tendon defection about its experimental research and clinical application. Transplant, translocation, elongation of auto-tendon and replacement of tendon by auto-fascia, homograft and artificial tendon owns its advantages and disadvantages individually. The study of tissue engineering and gene have found a new way for tendon defection treatment. There will be a more ideal succedaneum of tendon with the devolopment of tissue engineering in the future. We made a particular interpretation of the research progress and clinical application respectively.
