摘要
OK43 2 (picibanil)及OK43 2激活的外周血单核细胞 (OK 43 2 activatedmononuclearcells ,OK MCS)作为免疫赋活剂 ,具有较强的抗肿瘤活性。选择手术切除并经过放、化疗的脑胶质瘤患者 ,采取瘤腔内注射给药 ,可激活T细胞、LAK细胞、嗜中性粒细胞及巨噬细胞等 ,并可诱发出细胞毒因子 (tumornecrosisfactor ,TNF) ,从而产生杀伤瘤细胞的作用。基因水平研究亦显示有瘤细胞凋亡的发生。临床应用不良反应轻微、患者耐受性好 ,并可减轻或对抗放、化疗引起的白细胞减少及骨髓抑制等不良反应 ,具有一定的临床效果 ,可作为脑胶质瘤治疗的一种方法。
OK432 and OK-Mcs activated by OK432 have obvious antineoplastic activity as immune-excipient. The patients with the combination of postoperation, postirradiation and chemotherapy are treated with OK432 into the tumor cavity. The T cell, LAK cell, neutrophilic cell and macrophage may be activated and TNF may be evocated, then making killing tumor activity. Apoptosis of tumor cell is observed through genes study. The side effects are mild and patient's toleration is well. The theraphy may reduce the side effect caused by radiotherapy and chemotherapy, so it is an effective method to cerebral glioma.
