摘要 血管内皮生长因子 -C (vascularendothelialgrowthfactor C ,VEGF C)是特异的血管、淋巴管内皮细胞调节因子 ,其结构与VEGF具有同源性 ,主要通过受体VEGFR 2及VEGFR 3发挥作用。近年来的研究发现 ,VEGF C通过其受体VEGFR 3介导肿瘤的淋巴管生成 ,与淋巴管浸润及淋巴结转移有关。 Vascular endothelial growth factor- C(VEGF-C) is differential regulative factor of blood and lymphatic vessels,its structure having homology with VEGF.VEGF-C play roles via binding VEGR-2 and VEGFR-3.In the recent years,studys indicate that VEGF-C mediates tumour′s lymphangiogenesis via binding VEGFR-3,and in relation to lymphatic vessel involvement and lymph node metastasis.
