摘要
对储存哈萨克斯坦含硫原油的储罐罐底腐蚀问题进行了探讨,通过腐蚀介质分析、材料耐蚀性试验和牺牲阳极的阴极保护试验,证明了采用牺牲阳极和涂料联合保护的可行性,并应用在我公司新建两个50000m3储罐上,经过长时间的运行证明效果良好。
Corrosion of the bottom plate of storage tanks for Kazakstan's oil, a kind of sulfur-containing crude oil, is disussed. The analyses of corrosion media, material tests and cathodic protection tests proved the protection of the bottom plate of tanks by application of coatings and cathodic protection was effective.
