日本东京海湾区都城新中心开发规划方案概述

Introduction to the Urban Planning of the Newly Developed City Center in Bay Area, Tokyo, Japan

东京向来是日本经济发展的火车头,这里不断涌现出大量的新兴企业和先进技术,还创造出丰富多彩的生活方式。另一方面,人口密度过高,工业和写字楼的过分集中等城市问题也十分突出。为迎接新的世纪,东京都政府推动原有的城市布局由单一中心向多点式城市结构转化。其中计划之一,便是在海湾区开发建设都城新中心的规划。介绍了这个规划里面的两套规划方案。

Tokyo has been a driving force for economical development of Japan. A lot of new industries and advanced technology have been produced in this city as well as the realization of various lifestyles. On the other hand, urban problems such as excessive concentration of population, industry and office function to the city center happened. Traffic jam, congested commuting and environmental problems such as noise pollution became serious. In order to solve these problems, the city of Tokyo has been promoting the conversion of Tokyo from a single-core city into a multi-core city. One of the plans drawn in this attempt is the plan for the Newly Developed City Center in Bay Area. This article introduces two urban plans for this area.
