葛香感冒胶囊质量标准的研究

Study on quality standard of Gexiang Ganmao Capsules

目的 :制定葛香感冒胶囊 (广藿香、葛根、穿心莲、猪胆粉等 )质量控制方法。方法 :采用TLC法对方中的广藿香、穿心莲和猪胆粉进行了定性鉴别 ;采用HPLC法对方中葛根的葛根素进行了含量测定。结果 :本品定性鉴别薄层色谱特征明显 ,专属性强 ;葛根素在 4 0 .36～ 2 0 1 .80 μg·mL-1 范围内具有良好的线性关系 (r =0 .9999) ,平均回收率为 1 0 0 .98%,RSD为 1 .37%。结论 :该方法可以准确地进行定性、定量检测 ,有效地控制制剂的质量。

AIM: To establish the method for quality control of Gexiang Ganmao Capsules(Herba Pogostemonis, Radix Puerariae, Herba Andrographitis, Pulvis Fellis Suis, etc.). METHODS: Herba Pogostemonis, Herba Andrographitis and Pulvis Fellis Suis were identified by TLC, and the content of puerarin in Radix Puerariae was determined by HPLC. RESULTS: The study on the quality control showed that the characteristic of identification by TLC was distinct and highly specific. Puerarin showed a good linear relationship at a range of 40.36～201.80μg·mL -1 ( r =0.9999). The average recovery was 100.98%, and RSD was 1.37%. CONCLUSION: The methods are accurate and reliable, and can control the quality of this preparation effectively.
