摘要
废液水煤浆碱金属含量高,工业应用时极易造成燃烧设备的沾污、结渣。主要针对淮化 20 t/h 烧煤链条锅炉经改造改烧废液水煤浆后的沾污、结渣特性、炉内传热特性及污染物的排放特性进行试验研究。获得了许多有益的认识。
The organic matter of Huaihua has the additive of the CWS. It will result in fouling and slagging when it is used in the boiler because of high content of alkali metals. The retrofitting of a 20t/h chain boiler into a waste liquid CWS-fired boiler, including slagging, heat transfer and pollutant emission property are introduced.
