清洁生产的提出源自工业革命对环境带来的日益严重的影响,面对日益严峻的世界环境形势和日渐增多的废弃物,人类开始反思以往的发展模式和环境管理策略,力求寻找一种环境友好、可持续的经济增长方式,清洁生产便是一个有效途径,这已为西方发达国家的实践所证实。近年来,清洁生产在我国也得到相应进展,然而,在我国清洁生产的进一步推进还存在诸多矛盾和难点,需要对其进行分析,并做出相应的对策思考。这是本文的主要内容,也是本文的写作宗旨。

Clean production derive from the severe affect of industrial revolution on environment. In face of serious environment situation of the world and more and more waste, people begin to think the past development model and management strategy, try to look for succession economic growth method, and this method should not damage environment,clean production is a valid path, and this has been confirmed by the practice of developed countries. In recent years, clean production has been practiced accordingly, however there are many contractions and difficulties in our country, we must analyzed it and take necessary method, this is the main contest and aim of authors.
