国务院总理温家宝有一段被广为引用的话,"在银行改革方面,中国正在进行'背水一战',这是一场'输不起的实践'"。这充分表明我们正在进行的国有商业银行改革是何等的艰巨和不可逆转。说句不夸张的话,我国国有商业银行选定走股份制改造的道路确是中国金融改革的一场攻坚战,是一场没有退路的改革。继8月26日中国银行股份有限公司挂牌之后,在不到一个月的时间内,中国建设银行股份有限公司在9月21日也宣布成立,这再一次向世人表明,中国国有商业银行改革已经坚定地走上了一条义无返顾的道路。

This shows to the people of the world that state-owned commercial banks of China has lead to a never-look-back way of reform.
