This paper introduces and analyzes detailedly the site-construction management and construction craft, the allocation of grouting machines, the selection of grouting materials and the principle of grouting technique under the concrete road surface layer. At the same time this paper, also sums up the effect of construction of grouting techniques, its social and economic results and their analysis, and makes some trials on populating of the grouting technique.
