摘要
为了探索白口铁的石墨化机理 ,研究了Fe 2 3Si 3 7C合金中石墨化形核及长大过程 通过电子显微分析、光学金相分析发现 ,石墨可以在奥氏体中、渗碳体中、渗碳体 /奥氏体的相界面上形核 ,但在奥氏体中的形核几率最大 石墨化形核速度很快 ,硅在渗碳体的石墨化过程中起到异乎寻常的促进作用 渗碳体的石墨化是通过渗碳体溶解、熔断 ,碳原子长程扩散 。
In order to make out the graphitization mechanism of white iron, nucleation and growth in Fe-2.3Si-3.7C alloy were investigated by means of optical and electronic microanalysis technology. The result shows that graphite can nucleate in cementite, austenite and interface of them, but it is most possible to nucleate in austenite. The rate of graphitization nucleation is very rapid and the addition of silicon accelerates graphitization greatly. Cementite graphitization is a process which consists of cementite dissolving and rupturing, carbon long-order diffusing, graphite nucleating and growing.
