摘要
提出一种快速测定磷化液中NaNO2浓度的新方法———注射器法,并成功地应用于实际样品中NaNO2的测定。该方法简单、快速,测定范围宽,相对偏差小于2%,适用于溶液中NO-2浓度的测定,特别适用于生产现场磷化液中NaNO2的监控。
Glass syringe method was advanced for rapid determination of NaNO_2 in phosphating solution. The new method was studied by using NaNO_2 solution as simulative phosphating solution, and successfully applied to determine the concentration of NaNO_2 in practical sample. The method is very simple, rapid, and suitable for determination of NaNO_2, especially for online control of nitrite, with wide determination range and relative standard deviation less than 2%.
