摘要 以某自动机的进给凸轮机构为例,提出了低噪声凸轮机构的动态优化设计方法,讨论了机构的动力学模型的建立;建立了动态优化设计的数学模型;制定了动态优化设计的算法,编制了相应程序;并对系统优化设计结果进行了分析。 The paper presents the dynamic op- timal design method of lownoise cam mechanisms. Taking the fead cam mechanism of an automatic machine as an example,the establishing of the mechanism's dynamic model had been discussed;the mathmatical model for dynamic optimal design had been established;the algorithm of dynamic optimal design had been determined and corresponding pro- gram had been made;and the system optimal design result had been analyzed.
