野苋菜花粉变应原组分分析

Protein Analysis of Extract From Amaranthus Pollen

目的 :分析野苋菜花粉变应原提取液的蛋白组分。方法 :应用SDS -PSGE及薄层扫描。结果 :发现其有四条蛋白条带 :6 4 .2KD、占 34.3% ;34.0KD、占 4 9.1% ;2 0 .6KD、占 6 .0 % ;13.0KD、占 10 .4 %。结论 :野苋菜花粉变应原提取液以 34.0KD、6 4 .2KD的蛋白为主。

Objective:The aim of this study is to analyze the protein of extract from amaranthus pollen Methods:SDS-PAGE and Dual Wavelength Tic Scann er was used.Results:Four protein bands is identified,including 64.2KD (34.3%),34 . 0KD (49.1%),20.6KD(6.0%),13.0KD(10.4%).Conclusion:64.2KD and 34.0KD is the majer protein of extract from amaranthus pollen.
