五味子等29种中草药的体外抑菌实验

External Bacteriostatic Experimentation About Twenty-nine Kinds of Chinese Medicinal Herbs such as Schisandra Chinensis Baill,etc

目的 :探讨五味子等 2 9种中草药对金黄色葡萄球菌、痢疾杆菌、绿脓杆菌的抑菌作用。方法 :(1)药物用5 0 %乙醇浸提 ,采用琼脂平板扩散法观察抑菌圈的大小 ;(2 )琼脂平板连续稀释法测药物的最低抑菌浓度 (MIC ,mg/ml)。结果 :(1)对三种实验菌均具有抑菌作用的药物有 15种 :五味子、五蓓子、黄芩、大黄、厚朴、秦皮等 (抑菌圈直径在 12～ 4 0mm) ;(2 )对金黄色葡萄球菌、痢疾杆菌具有抑菌作用而对绿脓杆菌无抑菌作用的药物有 4种 :铁苋、丹参、丹皮、黄柏 (抑菌圈直径在 12～ 35mm) ;(3)只对一种实验菌有抑菌作用的药物有甘草、秦艽、夜交藤、七叶一枝花等 10种 ;(4)各药对实验菌的MIC差异较大 ,对三种细菌以五味子的MIC最低 ,为 6 .2 5～ 10 .0 0mg/ml。结论 :五味子、五蓓子、黄芩、大黄、厚朴、秦皮等 15种中草药对全部实验菌具有抑菌作用 ;铁苋、丹参、丹皮、黄柏对金黄色葡萄球菌、痢疾杆菌具有抑菌作用 ;其中对三种实验菌抑菌作用最强的是五味子 ,抑菌圈最大者达 4 0mm ,MIC最低 (6 .2 5～ 10 .0 0mg/ml)。

Objective:To discuss bacteriostatic efficacy about twenty- nine kinds of Chinese medicinal herbs,such as Schisandra chinesis Baill etc, on S.aureas、S.flexneri、P.aeruginosa。Methods:(1) The herbs were extracted by using 50% ethanal,by means of agar plate diffusions observing the diameter size of circle of inhibition;(2)By agar plate continuonsly dilution oberserving t he drugs of minimal inhibitive concentration (MIC,mg/ml)。Results:(1)Fifteen kinds of Chinese midicine herbs,such as Schisandra chinesis Baill、Rhus chinens is Mill、Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi、R.officinale Baill、Magnolia officinali s Rehd.et wils、Fraxinus rhynchophylla Hance etc,have bacteriostatic efficacy against the above mentioned three sords of experimental bacteria(The diameter s ize of circle of inhibition is between 12mmand 40mm);(2) Four kinds of Chines e me dicine herbs such as Acalypha australis L.、Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge、Paeonia s uffruticosa Andr、Phellodendron Chinese schneid,have bacteriostatic efficacy on S.aureas and S.flexneri (The diameter size of circle of inhibition is between 1 2mm and 35mm),but not P.aeruginosa;(3)It has the bacteriostatic efficacy onl y against one sort of experimental bacteria such as Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch 、Gentiana maccrophylla pall、Polygonum multiflorum Thunb、paris poludhulla Smit h etc;(4)The difference of MIC about the above mentioned herbs is rather bi g on experimental bacteria,Schisandra chinensis Baill has the lowest MIC which is between 6.25mg/ml and 10.00mg/ml on three sorts of bacteria.Conclusion:Fifte en kinds of Chinese midicine herbs,such as Schisandra chinesis Baill、Rhus chin ensis Mill、Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi、R.officinale Baill、Magnolia officin alis Rehd.et wils、Fraxinus rhynchophylla Hance etc, have the bacteriostatic efficacy on all experimental bacteria;Acalypha australis L.、Salvia miltiorrhiz a Bunge、Paeonia suffruticosa Andr、Phellodendron Chinese schneid have the bacte riostatic efficacy on S.aureas and S.flexneri;Schisandra chinensis Baill which the biggest diameter size of circle of inhibitory is 40mm and the lowest MIC is 6.25mg/ml,has the best bacteriostatic efficacy on three kinds of experimental b acteria.
