瓦沙比对肾性高血压大鼠血浆β-内啡肽浓度的影响

摘要 观察瓦沙比对肾性高血压大鼠血浆β-内啡肽(β-EP)浓度的影响。方法:采用左肾动脉狭窄法建立二肾一夹(2K1C)高血压大鼠模型。于术后第8天分别以20%瓦沙比、10%瓦沙比、0.1%卡托普利、冷开水(模型组)20mL/kg灌胃,假手术组灌胃等量冷开水,1次/d,连续26d。于第27天断头取血,用放射免疫法测定大鼠血浆β-EP浓度。结果:模型组大鼠血浆β-EP浓度显著增高,与假手术组比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);瓦沙比各组及0.1%卡托普利组则可使之降低,与模型组比较,20%瓦沙比组差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01),10%瓦沙比组和0.1%卡托普利组差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:瓦沙比在降低高血压大鼠血压的同时,也降低高血压大鼠血浆β-EP浓度,且作用呈剂量依赖性。 Objective:To observe the effect of washabi on β-endorphin(β-EP) concentration in renal hypertensive rats' plasma.Methods:G-2K1C renal hypertensive rats were modeled by crampping their left renal arteries.The experimental animals were divided into 5 groups and orally administrated 20%washabi,10%washabi,0.1%captopril,boiled water(model group,sham-operated group) 20 mL/(kg·d) respectively from d8 to d26 since operated,the β-EP concentration in their plasma was measured on d27 by radio immunoassay.Results:The β-EP concentration of the model group was significantly higher than that of the sham-operated group,washabi and captopril can lower the concentration of β-EP.Conclusion:Washabi has the effect of lowering β-EP concentration in renal hypertensive rats' plasma and lowers their blood pressure.
