用不同种类、不同浓度的提取剂在不同的提取时间从元宝枫种壳中提取单宁 ,用络合法测定单宁含量 ,通过比较得到最佳提取工艺条件为 6 0 %丙酮抽提时间为 3h。在最佳条件下抽提单宁并通过IR图判断单宁类型。

Through extracting tannin from the seeds of acer truncatum, measuring the percent of tannin with complexation methed and selecting the optical process by orthogonal design, the best extracting craft is obtained as follows:60% acetone, extraction time 3 h, extraction temperature 80 ℃. And at the same time, the type of tannin is Identified by IR band.
