摘要
分别探讨了三种金属离子及其与天然有机物组方后对 1398中性蛋白酶活力的影响。采用福林法测定了酶的最适工作条件 ,并在此基础上确定了三种不同金属离子的最适添加浓度 ,同时较系统地考察了它们分别作用于酶以及与天然有机物进行组方后对酶活力的影响 ,结果表明钙离子与天然有机物组方后对酶活力提高最为显著。
In this paper the activity of 1398 protease by the active of the mixture of three metal ions and nature organic compound was studied respectively. The optimum reaction conditions of protease were determined by Flin. The optimal using concentration of three metal ions was determined on the base of the researches. The result showed that the better activity of 1398 protease was got by the mixture of CaCl 2 and the nature organic compound.
