摘要
用溶剂法,以苯酐和尿素为原料合成β-型铜酞菁和ε-型铜酞菁。用来代替三氯苯和烷基苯合成β-型铜酞菁的溶剂是溶剂160S(主要含有二氯甲苯),它具有价格低和回收率高的优点。实验发现,溶剂160S法合成的产品纯度w(β-型铜酞菁)高于96%,收率可达75%以上(以苯酐计算);在合成β-型铜酞菁的基本原料中加入适量的ε-型铜酞菁晶种和铜酞菁磺酰胺衍生物(苯胺和间甲苯胺),可以得到ε-型铜酞菁,晶种和衍生物质量分别为苯酐质量的15%和20%。
Anew solvent was used for synthesizing β -copper phthalocyanine (CuPc) and e -CuPc instead of trichlorobenzen or aikylbenzene. The new solvent was commercial solvent 160S, consisting of dichlorotoluene as main component, which has the advantages of lower price and higher recovery ratio. β -CuPc was obtained with a purity w(CuPc) over 96% and a yield over 75%(based on phthalic anhydride), e -CuPc was synthesized directly in solvent 160S by the addition of a certain amount of e -CuPc crystal seeds and CuPc sulphonamide derivatives(aniline and m-toluidine). The amount of ε -CuPc crystal seeds and CuPc sulphonamide derivatives was 15% and 20% by weight based on phthalic anhydride respectively.
