Synthesis of p-Chloroaniline by Selective Reduction of Nitro Group with Hydrazine Hydrate in the Presence of Fe-Al Complex Catalyst

摘要 以对氯硝基苯为原料,用Fe-Al复合催化剂催化水合肼选择性还原硝基制备对氯苯胺。实验结果表明:还原对硝基氯苯1.57g(10mmol),最佳催化剂组成A0.5g已处理的活性炭,FeCl3溶液(0.01mol/L)10ml和AlCl3(0.01mol)1ml;最佳反应温度为70℃;最佳原料配比为N(对硝基氯苯):N(NH2NH2·2H2O)=1.0:2 0;催化反应的选择性大99%,无脱氯副反应;对氯苯胺的收率为84.6%;讨论了各种因素对工艺过程的影响。 p-Chloroaniline was synthesized from p-chloronitrobenzene by selective reduction of nitro group with hydrazine hydrate in the presence of Fe-Al complex catalyst. The results showed that the optimal catalyst compositions for reducing 1.57g (10mmol) of p-chloronitrobenzene were: 0.5g activated carbon, FeCl3 (0.01 mol/L)10mL and A1C13 (0.01 mol/L) 1 mL. The optimal reaction temperature was 70℃. The molar ratio of p-chloronitrobenzene to hydrazine hydrate was 1.0: 2.0. The selectivity of the catalytic reaction was > 99%, no dechlorination occurred. p-Chloroaniline was obtained in 84.6% yield. The factors involving the reaction process were discussed.
