关于中西医结合的几点思考

中西医结合的问题一直是困惑人们的难题 ,其一 ,中西医结合一直没有一个内涵确定、外延清晰的科学定义 ;其二 ,由于中西文化在世界观、价值观和方法论等方面存在着明显差异导致中医和西医学思维方式、发展方向、研究内容和研究方法的差异性。只有吸取了中医学的整体观和辩证观 ,吸收西医学微观研究 ,取长补短 ,发挥各自优点 ,宏观整体与微观分子水平相结合 ,方能实现中西医学从基础理论到临床实践的真正结合 ,形成更加优越的新医学。

Combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine is always a puzzle to people.The first cause is that there isn't a scientific definition with the doubtless intension and distinct extension to Combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine.The other cause is that there is obvious difference between the Chinese and western culture in world ivew,values and methodology.These differences lead to the difference between the traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in the mode of thinking,the way of development,the content of research and the method of research.We must combine the whole and dialectic viewpoint of the traditional Chinese medicine and the microcosmic viewpoint of the western medicine.Only after their each excellence are integrated ideally,the traditional Chinese medicine and the western medicine can combine in deed from the theory base to the clinical practice and the more predominant new-style medicine can come into being.
