苏子降气汤对哮喘模型EOS的数量及作用机理的影响 被引量:8

摘要 通过卵白蛋白注射雾化吸入法复制哮喘模型 ,观察苏子降气汤对大鼠血及BALF中EOS数量影响 ,并通过免疫组化法观察苏子降气汤对哮喘大鼠肺组织RANTES、ICAM - 1蛋白表达的影响 ,以探讨其作用机理。结果表明 ,苏子降气汤对哮喘大鼠EOS数量有明显下调作用 ,作用机理与抑制RANTES、I CAM - 1蛋白表达有关。
