柴胡种子萌发的环境因素研究

Influence of Environmental Factors on Seeds Germination of Bupleurum chinense DC.

目的 探讨柴胡种子萌发的适宜环境。方法 将柴胡种子于 4 0℃温水中浸泡 4 8h后分别置于不同温度、空气湿度和沙层之下 ,观察其萌芽所需要的时间、发芽率及种根生长的速度。结果 柴胡种子在空气相对湿度 10 0 %、温度 2 0℃、覆盖沙层厚度 0 .5 cm的条件下萌发需 4 0 d左右 ,其发芽率可达 5 0 .7%。结论 柴胡种子萌发主要决定于种子质量和成熟度 。

Objective To study the proper environmental factors of seeds germination of Bupleurum chinense DC. Methods Seeds of Bupleurum chinense DC were soaked in warm water at 40 ℃ for 48 h,then, put under different conditions(temperature, relative humidity and soil layer thickness),their germination percentage and speed of root growing were observed.Results Seeds germination of Bupleurum chinense DC. needed about 40 d under the relative humidity of 100%,the temperature of 20 ℃ and the sand layer thickness of 0.5 cm, and germination percentage was up to 50.7%. Conclusion Seeds germination of Bupleurum chinense DC. generally depends on the quality and maturity of seeds. Seeds germination rate could be improved if strictly controlling the environmental factors.
