摘要
目的 对野马追 (Eupatorium lindleyanum DC.)不同药用部位进行初步质量评价。方法 采用HPL C法 ,测定野马追不同药用部位中槲皮素、山萘素、棕矢车菊素的含量。结果 一年生花、茎、叶中槲皮素、山萘素、棕矢车菊素的含量分别为 0 .735 m g/ g、0 .0 0 7m g/ g、0 .930 m g/ g;二年生花、茎、叶中槲皮素、山萘素、棕矢车菊素的含量分别为 0 .6 36 mg/ g、0 .0 2 2 mg/ g、1.12 7m g/ g;三年生花、茎、叶中槲皮素、山萘素、棕矢车菊素的含量分别为 1.134mg/ g、0 .0 6 3m g/ g、1.5 86 m g/ g。结论 槲皮素、山萘素、棕矢车菊素类成分主要分布在野马追的花和叶中 ,茎中含量较低 。
Objective To evaluate quality of different parts of Eupatorium lindleyanum DC..Methods The contents of quercetin, kaempferol and jaceosidin in different parts of Eupatorium lindleyanum DC. were determined by HPLC.Results For a one-year growth period, the contents of total flavone in flower, stem and leaf of Eupatorium Lindleyanum DC. were found to be 0.735 mg/g, 0.007 mg/g and 0.930mg/g respectively. The numbers rose to 0.636 mg/g,0.022 mg/g,1.127 mg/g accordingly for a two-year growth period and 1.134 mg/g,0.063 mg/g,1.586 mg/g for a three-year growth period. Conclusion The flavone, i.e., quercetin , kaempferol and jaceosidin, is mainly stored in floral and leafy parts of Eupatorium lindleyanum DC. In contrast, far less amount of flavone is contained in its stem. The content of flavone in Eupatorium lindleyanum DC. increases with the growth of plant.
