摘要
世界上很多国家对风电的开发给予了高度重视,风电装机规模不断增大,风电机组单机容量也不断扩大,海上风电逐步商业化。中国风能资源丰富,主要集中在三北地区及东部沿海风能丰富带。目前,我国建成40个风电场,装机规模达到56.7万kW。另外,设计、制造、建设及管理能力逐步提高,具备大规模发展风电的前提条件。今后,随着国家对新能源的重视,制定中长期规划,出台激励政策,我国风电将进入一个新的大规模发展阶段。
Nowadays, many countries around the world have placed much emphasis on development of wind power industry. With the increase of wind power installed capacity and single unit capacity, offshore wind farms also gradually go into commercialization. China has abundant wind resources, mainly distributed at northeast, north, northwest and east coastal areas. Until now, China has held 40 wind farms, with total installed capacity of 567 MW. As for the emphasis put by the state on rewewable energy, and the long- and medium planning and incentive policies formulated by the state, wind power industry will start a new booming period.
