眼睑外伤的美容修复

The cosmetology repair of eyelid trauma

目的 遵循整形外科学原则和技术修复眼睑外伤。方法 采用分层对位缝合和“Z”或“W”成形术缝合 ,皮肤用皮内连续缝合法。结果 71例 (93眼 )的手术效果良好 ,瘢痕细小。结论 眼睑皮肤伤口按整形外科原则及技术处理 ,美容效果良好。

Objective To repair trauma of eyelid with cosm etic operation and technique. Methods Using lamination oversew and “Z” or “W” plastic sur gery and intracutaneous continued suture in skin.Results All ca ses were successful with tiny scar . Conclusion According the principle of plastic surgery for face and body scars,the effect were well.
