骨管部视神经挫伤的诊断及治疗体会

The study on diagnosis and treatment of the optic nerve injury

目的 探讨骨管部视神经挫伤早期诊断及治疗。方法 16例患者均进行早期的CT或MRI检查 ,确诊后给予皮质类固醇及脱水剂等治疗 ,对其中 4例进行视神经管减压术。结果 3日内确诊者视力恢复至 0 1以上的 9例 ,3～ 7日确诊者视力恢复至 0 1以上的 3例 ,7例日后确诊者 ,视力恢复至 0 1以上的 0例 ,7日后确诊者 ,视力恢复至 0 1以上的 0例。结论 骨管部视神经挫伤应避免漏诊 ,预后与早期发现并合适的治疗手段密切相关。

Objective To study the early diagnosis and tre at ment of optic nerve injury.Methods 16 patients were examined wi th CT or MRI in time.Cortical steroids and dehydrating agents were used after di agnosing.Of 16 patients,4 patients received optic canal decompression surgery. Results 0.1 or better visual acuity was achieved in 9 cases wit h diagnosing within 3 days,in 3 cases with diagnosing within 3-7 days and no cas e was achieved 0.1 visual acuity with diagnosing after 7 days.Conclusion The rate of misdiagnosis is very high in optic nerve injury.Much atten tion should be paid to strive for diagnosing early and treatment in time.The out comes are closely related with the early diagnosis and effective treatment.
