摘要
历史规律是人的实践活动的规律。历史规律的产生及其作用的发挥是和人的意志相联系的,因此它们具有与自然规律不同的特性,即其客观性是相对的,其决定性和稳定性具有比自然规律更大的相对性。
Historical regularity is the regularity of human's practical activity. The origin and the function of the regularity are associated with human's will. Therefore they have different characteristics compared with natural regularity. Its objectivity is relative, and its decisive character and steady character are relatively greater compared with natural regularity.
