Relevance Feedback in Content-based Image Retrieval

近几年,相关反馈算法作为解决图像检索问题行之有效的方法,受到人们越来越多的重视,各种各样的相关反馈算法层出不穷,该文回顾了早期的启发式相关反馈算法和近期的最优相关反馈算法,对现有的相关反馈算法进行了分析、总结和对比,并提出了今后相关反馈算法的发展方向。

In recent years,research of relevance feedback algorithms has received considerable attention in the area of content-based image retrieval.Various relevance feedback algorithms have been proposed.This paper gives a brief review on relevance feedback algorithms -from early heuristic -based feature weighting schemes to recently proposed optimal learning algorithms .Existing techniques on relevance feedback are summarized and contrasted,and in addition,the future direction of research and development is previewed.
