摘要
目的 考察β-细辛醚在不同溶剂体系中的体外皮肤渗透情况。方法 采用大鼠离体皮肤作为屏障进行体外透皮试验 ,采用 HPL C法测定在不同冰片、水性氮酮的溶剂中 β-细辛醚的含量 ,计算 2 4 h累积渗透量和稳态渗透速率。结果 0 .1%冰片对β-细辛醚没有促透皮作用 ;水性氮酮有降低β-细辛醚透皮的作用 ;β-细辛醚在 2 0 %乙醇中 ,2 4 h累积渗透量和稳态渗透速率分别为 (35 2 .6 2 4± 87.0 4 9) μg/ cm2、(18.90 2± 4 .84 0 ) μg/ (cm2· h)。结论 不加促渗剂的β-细辛醚溶剂体系 ,透皮吸收情况最好。
Object To research the percutaneous absorption of β-asarone in various solvents in vitro. Methods To measure the concentration of β-asarone passed through rat skin in various solvents which contained borneol and azote-ketone by HPLC, count the penetration of accumulation within 24 h and steady velocity. Results 0.1% Borneol could not promote the penetration of β-asarone; azote-ketone could decrease the penetration of β-asarone. The penetration of accumulation within 24 h and steady velocity of β-asarone in 20% ethanol were (352.624±87.049) μg/cm2, (18.902±4.840) μg/(cm2·h), respectively. Conclusion The percutaneous absorption of β-asarone is the best when the solvents contain no promoter.
