儿科门诊抗菌药物使用分析

Analysis of use of antimicrobial drugs in outpatient service

目的 :了解本院抗菌药物在儿科门诊的使用现状。方法 :抽取门诊 2 0 0 3年第四季度处方 130 4 0张 ,筛选儿科处方 ,按使用抗菌药物的处方数、抗菌药物种类及联合用药情况进行分析。结果 :本院儿科门诊抗菌药物使用率为75 .2 1% ,联合用药占抗菌药物总使用率的 4 4 .2 9%。结论 :加强抗菌药物合理使用的管理 ,对延缓耐药菌株的形成 ,减少不良反应有重要意义。

bject: The recent condition of antimicrobial drug use for outpatient service of pediatrics in our hospital was analyzed. Methods: 13 040 outpatients' prescriptions in the fourth quarter of 2003 were collected for the investigation. The frequency, type and combined use of antimicrobial drugs were analyzed in the children's outpatient. Results: The results showed that the using rate of antimicrobial drugs in outpatient service of pediatics was 75.21%, the rate of several drugs combined use was 44.29%. Conclusion: In order to prevent drug resistance of the bacteria and decrease adverse effects of antibacterials, it was very important to strengthen the management of antibacterials reasonable use.
