摘要
采用六六型焦炉试验炼制特级铸造焦,结果表明,配合煤的挥发分需控制在22%～24%、粘结指数保持在70%、惰性物含量应保持在45%,焦炉的结焦时间为26～30h,标准温度控制在1000℃,可以生产出满足客户要求的固定碳高、挥发分和硫分及灰分低、强度高、块度大的特级铸造焦。
The type of six-six coke oven is adopted to test making super foundry coke, the result has shown that the volatile compound of mixing coal should be controlled in 22%～24%, the caking index should be keeping in 70%, and the inert content should be keeping in 45%, also with the coke oven's coking time of 26～30h and temperature of 1000℃. Then a kind of coke with high fixed carbon, low volatile compound, ash content and sulphur content, high strengthen and large lump size can be developed to meet the need of client.
