复合斜孔塔盘在焦化氨水处理中的模拟与应用

摘要 在传统蒸氨工艺基础上,将氨蒸馏分离采用PRO/II软件化工过程模拟优化,并采用新型多溢流复合斜孔塔板,修正原工艺中的不足,建了新的化工蒸馏单元。塔处理能力比传统工艺提高了50%;成品氨水含氨比传统工艺提高了3%~4%,净化后废水含氨比传统工艺降低0.01%~0.015%,改善了产品质量,降低了能源消耗费用30%以上,年创效益达800余万元。 On the base of traditional ammonia still process, the course of ammonia distillation is simulated and optimized by PRO/II software, and the new multiple overflow and composite oblique hole tray is applied to correct the old process, then the new distillation unit is established. Compared with the traditional process, the running capability is increased by 50%, ammonia content in product is increased by 3%~4%, ammonia content in waste water is reduced by 0.01%~0.015%, then the quality of products is improved and the energy is saved over 30% and the benefit reaches to 8 million RMB every year .
